In this urban development located in the Southeast of Madrid, IGB has participated in the planning and has carried out the construction projects, including technical assistance for the approval of these by the City of Madrid.<\/p>

The project includes the calculation of structures and the design of urban and road service networks.\u00a0<\/p>

IGB has participated in the negotiation of agreements with the telecommunications companies, water supply (Canal de Isabel II), electricity (then Union Fenosa) and gas (then Gas Natural sdg). These agreements indicated the materials and economic and technical conditions that had to be met between the developer and the service companies.<\/p>

Our company has also carried out the management of construction works, technical assistance, supervision and coordination of Safety and Health during the construction and monitoring in the simultaneity of building and urbanization works.<\/p>

The project area is limited to the North by the A-3 motorway, to the West by the Villa de Vallecas and the Santa Eugenia neighborhood of Madrid, to the East by the UZP 3.01 VALDECARROS development, and crossed by the M-45 motorway. Both the A-3 and the M-45 have been made service roads, access and several bridges.\u00a0<\/p>

Includes specific projects of general land movement, diversion of affected services, paving, service roads and collectors of the cited highways and their accesses, bridges, drinking water supply, irrigation network with reclaimed water, sewerage, telecommunications network, electric power network, natural gas distribution, public lighting and green areas.<\/p>

The setback of water supply arteries, collectors, gas pipelines and high voltage power lines affected by the works have also been projected and executed.<\/p>

In addition, it is equipped with a storm pond, a regenerated water tank for irrigation and a collector executed with a tunnel boring machine passing under the M-45.<\/p>

It is equipped with galleries of services under main streets and with METRO network in which IGB has participated as technical assistance to the execution.<\/p>

The archaeological monitoring of the works has had to be carried out. The Colada del Sant\u00edsimo and del Congosto and the channel of the Gavia stream have been integrated into the green areas.<\/p>
